Where we ship
SANTISIMAS USA currently sells and ships to customers in the United States.
Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping methods and delivery estimates
We ship internationally through available carriers such as DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, or other logistics providers. Available rates and methods are shown at checkout based on the delivery address.
Estimated transit time is usually 3 to 10 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to carrier performance, customs processing, weather, holidays, inspections, destination, or events outside our control.
Customs, duties, import taxes, and carrier fees
Orders shipped from Colombia may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, carrier fees, customs processing fees, storage fees, or related charges required by U.S. Customs and Border Protection or by the carrier.
When available, these charges may be calculated and collected at checkout. If they are not collected at checkout, the customer may be required to pay them directly to the carrier before or at delivery. The customer is responsible for these costs unless SANTISIMAS USA states otherwise in writing.
Declared value
For customs purposes, all orders are declared with the actual purchase value and product description available to us. We cannot mark orders as gifts or declare a lower value.
Delivery address responsibility
The customer is responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number, email, and any information required by the carrier or customs. SANTISIMAS USA is not responsible for delays, return costs, storage costs, or re-shipment costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable delivery information.
Order tracking
When the order ships, the customer will receive tracking information by email or through the contact method used at checkout, when available.
Shipping delays and FTC timing notice
If we are unable to ship an order within the stated processing time, or within 30 days when no shipping time is stated, we will notify the customer, provide an updated estimated shipping date when available, and offer the option to cancel the order for a refund before shipment.
Lost, delayed, or delivered packages
If there is a shipping issue, contact us within 30 days after the carrier receives the package. If tracking shows delivery to the address provided at checkout, we may request a carrier investigation. We are not responsible for theft after delivery, incorrect addresses entered by the customer, or failure to pay required import or carrier charges.
Refused, abandoned, or returned packages
If a package is refused, abandoned, returned, or delayed because import duties, taxes, customs charges, carrier fees, or required delivery information were not paid or provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for return shipping, storage, customs, carrier, re-shipment, or abandonment costs.
