Shipping Policy

Santísimas ships orders from Colombia to the United States.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Methods
We ship to the United States through international carriers such as DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, or other available courier partners. The available shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on the delivery address.

Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated transit time is usually 3-10 business days after the order has been shipped, depending on the destination, carrier, customs clearance, weather, and other conditions outside our control.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
All orders are shipped internationally from Colombia to the United States and may be subject to U.S. customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges required by U.S. Customs and Border Protection or the carrier.

Where available, duties and import taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout. If duties, taxes, or customs fees are not collected at checkout, the customer may be required to pay them directly to the carrier before or upon delivery.

Santísimas is not responsible for delays, charges, or delivery issues caused by customs processing, unpaid import charges, incorrect delivery information, or carrier requirements.

Customs Documentation
For customs purposes, all orders are declared with the actual purchase value and product description. We cannot mark orders as gifts or declare a lower value.

Delivery Address
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Santísimas is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, the carrier is responsible for transit and delivery. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us so we can help you open a carrier investigation.
