Shipping policy
IMPORTANT - Orders ship from Colombia
SANTISIMAS USA ships orders to the United States from Colombia. Orders are prepared and shipped from Calle 38 # 79-21, Medellin, Colombia.
Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping methods and estimated delivery
We ship to the United States through international carriers such as DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, or other available carriers. Available shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on the delivery address.
Estimated transit time is usually 3 to 10 business days after the order has been dispatched. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to carrier performance, customs processing, weather, holidays, destination, or events outside our control.
Customs, duties, import taxes, and carrier fees
Orders shipped from Colombia to the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, carrier fees, or other charges required by U.S. Customs and Border Protection or the carrier.
When available, these charges may be calculated and collected at checkout. If they are not collected at checkout, the customer may be required to pay them directly to the carrier before or at delivery. The customer is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, customs charges, carrier fees, storage fees, and any related charges, unless otherwise stated in writing by SANTISIMAS USA.
Declared value
For customs purposes, all orders are declared with the actual purchase value, product description, and country-of-origin information available to us. We cannot mark orders as gifts or declare a lower value.
Shipping delays and cancellations
If we are unable to ship an order within the stated processing time, or within 30 days where no shipping time is stated, we will notify the customer, provide an updated estimated shipping date when available, and offer the option to cancel the order for a refund before shipment.
Refused, abandoned, or returned packages
If a package is refused, abandoned, returned, or delayed because import duties, taxes, customs charges, carrier fees, or required delivery information were not paid or provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping, storage, customs, carrier, re-shipment, or abandonment costs.

SANTISIMAS USA envia pedidos a Estados Unidos desde Colombia. Los pedidos se preparan y despachan desde Calle 38 # 79-21, Medellin, Colombia.
Los tiempos de entrega son estimados y pueden variar por transportadora, aduana, clima, festivos u otras causas fuera de nuestro control.
Los pedidos pueden estar sujetos a aranceles, impuestos de importacion, cargos de gestion aduanera, cargos de transportadora, bodegaje u otros valores exigidos por la aduana de Estados Unidos o por la transportadora. Cuando este disponible, estos cargos pueden cobrarse en el checkout. Si no se cobran en el checkout, el cliente puede tener que pagarlos directamente a la transportadora antes o al momento de la entrega.
El cliente es responsable por aranceles, impuestos de importacion, cargos aduaneros, cargos de transportadora, bodegaje y costos relacionados, salvo que SANTISIMAS USA indique lo contrario por escrito.
Declaramos todos los pedidos con su valor real de compra y descripcion real del producto. No podemos marcar pedidos como regalo ni declarar un valor menor.
