IMPORTANT - Shipping and returns from Colombia

SANTISIMAS USA sells products online to customers in the United States. Orders are prepared and shipped internationally from Colombia from Calle 38 # 79-21, Medellin, Colombia. Approved returns must be sent to Calle 38 # 79-21, Medellin, Colombia, unless SANTISIMAS USA provides different written return instructions.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and for customs duties, import taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, carrier fees, storage fees, or related costs connected with the original shipment, the return shipment, or any re-shipment, unless the return is due to an error by SANTISIMAS USA or the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Products and availability

Product descriptions, prices, availability, promotions, and shipping options may change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, refuse orders, or cancel orders if we identify pricing errors, inventory issues, suspected fraud, payment problems, or other operational issues.

Prices, payments, taxes, and import charges

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment must be authorized and accepted before an order is processed. Orders shipped from Colombia to the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, carrier fees, or other charges. These charges may be collected at checkout when available or may be charged by the carrier before or at delivery.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, weather, inspections, incorrect addresses, unpaid import charges, or missing delivery information may delay delivery. If we are unable to ship within the stated processing time, or within 30 days where no shipping time is stated, we will notify you and offer the option to cancel for a refund before shipment.

Returns and hygiene-sensitive products

Returns are subject to our Refund and Return Policy. For hygiene reasons, underwear, bodysuits, swimwear, final sale items, gift cards, and discounted items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unstained, unaltered, and returned with tags, original packaging, and hygiene protection intact.

El cliente es responsable por el costo del envio de devolucion y por aranceles, impuestos de importacion, cargos aduaneros, cargos de transportadora, bodegaje o costos relacionados con el envio original, el envio de devolucion o un reenvio, salvo que la devolucion se deba a un error de SANTISIMAS USA o a que el articulo haya llegado danado, defectuoso o incorrecto.

Los tiempos de envio son estimados. Aduanas, transportadoras, festivos, clima, direccion incorrecta, cargos de importacion no pagados o informacion faltante pueden causar retrasos fuera de nuestro control.

Las devoluciones estan sujetas a nuestra Politica de devoluciones y reembolsos. Por razones de higiene, ropa interior, bodysuits, vestidos de bano, articulos en final sale, tarjetas de regalo y productos con descuento pueden no ser elegibles para devolucion salvo que lleguen danados, defectuosos o incorrectos.
