Important: Approved returns must be sent to Colombia. Do not send a return without prior authorization from SANTISIMAS USA.

Return window
We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery. To start a request, contact santsglobalinternational@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Customer responsibility for return costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping to Colombia and for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, carrier fees, storage fees, or related costs connected with the original shipment, return shipment, or any re-shipment, unless the return is due to a SANTISIMAS USA error or the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
SANTISIMAS USA does not provide prepaid international return labels unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.
Condition requirements
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unstained, unaltered, and returned with all tags, original packaging, and hygiene liner or hygiene protection intact.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, underwear, bodysuits, swimwear, final sale items, gift cards, and discounted products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you need another size, color, or product, contact us first. When a return is approved and refunded, you may place a new order subject to availability and current pricing.
Refund timing
Once the returned item is received in Colombia and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing may take 10 to 15 business days after we receive the return. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Non-refundable costs
Original shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, customs processing charges, carrier fees, storage fees, and return shipping costs are not refundable by SANTISIMAS USA unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days after delivery with your order number and photos of the product, packaging, labels, and any visible damage or issue.
Refused, abandoned, or returned packages
If a package is refused, abandoned, returned, or delayed because import duties, taxes, customs charges, carrier fees, or required delivery information were not paid or provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for return shipping, storage, customs, carrier, re-shipment, or abandonment costs.
Como solicitar una devolucion
- Email santsglobalinternational@gmail.com with your order number.
- Wait for written approval and instructions before shipping anything back.
- Ship the approved return to the Colombia return address provided in writing.
- Keep the tracking number and proof of shipment.
- After receipt and inspection in Colombia, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
