Important - Shipping and returns from Colombia

SANTISIMAS USA sells products online to customers in the United States. Orders are prepared and shipped internationally from Colombia from Calle 38 # 79-21, Medellin, Colombia. Approved returns must be sent to Calle 38 # 79-21, Medellin, Colombia, unless SANTISIMAS USA provides different written return instructions.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and for customs duties, import taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, carrier fees, storage fees, or related costs connected with the original shipment, the return shipment, or any re-shipment, unless the return is due to an error by SANTISIMAS USA or the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Product descriptions, prices, availability, promotions, and shipping options may change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, refuse orders, or cancel orders if we identify pricing errors, inventory issues, suspected fraud, payment problems, or other operational issues.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, weather, inspections, incorrect addresses, unpaid import charges, or missing delivery information may delay delivery. If we are unable to ship within the stated processing time, or within 30 days where no shipping time is stated, we will notify you and offer the option to cancel for a refund before shipment.

Returns and hygiene-sensitive products

Returns are subject to our Refund and Return Policy. For hygiene reasons, underwear, bodysuits, swimwear, final sale items, gift cards, and discounted items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unstained, unaltered, and returned with tags, original packaging, and hygiene protection intact.
